A FINE GENTLEMAN S RESIDENCE OVERLOOKING THE MAWDDACH ESTUARY Enjoying a peaceful location within the Snowdonia National Park situated on the shores of the Mawddach Estuary and Mawddach Trail. This spacious accommodation retaining many original features with stunning views is an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. With wild landscapes and villages steeped in history Snowdonia National Park is a breath-taking destination for activity holidays. Best known for hiking but there s plenty more to enjoy from waterfalls lakes and world-class mountain biking to a vintage steam railway that climbs the highest peak in Wales. The area can be explored on foot or by various modes of transport. The house is 200 yards from Cycle Route 8 and Coed-y-Brenin Cader Idris and family attractions are easily accessible or why not visit two of the better known castles Harlech or Caernarfon. For bird watchers there is the only pair of breeding Glasly Ospreys in Wales and a RSPB reserve within 400 yards of the property. With Barmouth and Fairbourne blue flag beaches just minutes from your front door what more could you wish for. The accommodation offers FIVE bedrooms: 2 on the second floor 1 double and 1 twin. On the first floor 1 triple bunk bed and on the ground floor 2 further double bedrooms. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the second floor. Shower over bath and WC on the first floor. Separate WC on the first floor. Shower and WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with woodburner TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: well equipped with oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer and microwave. Outside: enclosed garden overlooking the estuary to the front of the property. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 1 dog welcome. Additional info: 75 security deposit payable by cheque prior to arrival. Location: pubs and shops a short drive beach within easy walking distance.
